In 2009, the Estate of Nancy West bequeathed the  1197+ Acre West Farm to The Central Texas Methodist Foundation. The CTMF has commissioned the property to be sold in order to put the money to work carrying out philanthropic missions in Nancy West’s name. The West Farm was owned by the West Family for several generations and has not been offered for sale in the past.  The property will be offered in 5 tracts in a Multi-parcel Auction on location. 

Location: 2.9 miles NE of Jonesboro, TX on the North side of FM 217.
