Commercial Real Estate Auction of two carefully renovated historic (circa 1900) retail buildings in downtown Van Alstyne. Sellers are retiring and highly motivated to sell.


The 2 commercial buildings are presently joined by a “walk-thru” opening in the middle of the show room which make this an attractive and functional floor plan of almost 5000 square feet ( according to owner). Directions: From Hwy 75 in Van Alstyne, TX, take Exit 51 and turn East on FM 121, go to the light and turn right on Texas 5 / FM 121. Go through first light and turn left on Marshall. Go to the second block, auction is on the right.

Parking: There will be a city-wide celebration in downtown Van Alstyne on auction day. The best parking will be one block East on Marshall near the railroad tracks.
