It is my pleasure to recommend the outstanding services of Jones Swenson Auction Marketing. They conducted a Multi-Parcel Auction of 1,197 acres offered in five tracts for our foundation. This was our first time to use the Multi-Parcel method. Our experience was just as promised and we will not hesitate to use their auction method for our next real estate sale.

When my family and I found ourselves in the awkward (and sad) position of needing to dispose of my elderly aunt’s living estate, we did not know who to turn to for help. Mail Concepts, Inc – Business Liquidation

We recently decided to liquidate the assets of our company. After interviewing several auctioneers, we decided to hire Jones-Swenson Auction Marketing, Inc. In addition to their years of experience, we felt it was important to be able to take internet bidding which could open our auction to the whole world and also to process credit card payments. Their impressive website and our personal interview with Mike Jones gave us full confidence that our decision was correct. Mike quickly helped us assess what was needed for a successful auction and he was able to schedule the auction sooner than any of the other companies we interviewed.

Scott Swenson handled the auction logistics and marketing. His experienced staff made a complete written inventory of all the items to be sold and arranged the various lots throughout our building in an organized way which they felt would bring the best prices. All we had to do was answer questions regarding some technical aspects of our equipment and provide a list of our business contacts we felt would be interested in the auction.
